The location was perfect, within close proximity to the airport and just a short drive away from Rhodes city. It was great to have the option to explore the city's vibrant nightlife and enjoy some shopping. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel right at home. I especially want to mention Janette, who provided exceptional service at the pool bar. The hotel's all-inclusive package was definitely worth it, with delicious food and drinks available throughout the day. The swimming pool area was a standout feature, with its spacious layout, clean water, and abundance of sunbeds. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this place for its convenient location and top-notch service.

Not much. There were quite a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Close to the ocean. Close to many other, nicer hotels. The staff tried to help out, but the hotel has a desperate need of restoration.

The room was dark. Clean sheets but with cigarette hole. Cockroach in the room!!! The "all inclusive" buffe was really bad. The kids did not even eat their spaghetti bolongese. The drinks, including Coke, was terrible. Not good to shop too cheap. The childrens pools was very small and slippery. Planes flying in over the hotel every 5th minute during daytime. The hotel is in badly need of a huge restoration!

Ialysos area is more cheaper than Rhodes so it will be sensible location especially if you've more than one child with you. When we did arrive to hotel early in the morning air condition didnt work. So they promised me that it will be fixed asap. Next day. Unfortunately this didnt work; they promised that a/c will be fixed next day (room was so hot that we were not able to sleep). I didnt agree that I suggested if we can change room. They agree that and we got room with a/C.

My stay at this hotel was a bargain, the maid service was excellent, with rooms being cleaned and bedding and towels changed on a daily basis. The reception staff were also excellent and any requests were dealt with promptly. The restaurant manager was very friendly and the chefs soup excellent. I had a wonderful view from my bedroom and could see turkey from my balcony.

The food was slightly repetative, this was ok for one week but think I would have become bored if I stayed 2 weeks.The food was continental and didn't really cater too much for the english a few minor changes here woul have made my stay better I.e providing Jam, Baked beans and Brown sauce at breakfast and alternating the choice of cereal. Also very little in the way of deserts and very little choice of fruit.

Great location, helpful staff, clean swimming pool area, comfortable room with sea view, close to the beach, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Cleaning service wasn't high quality. I had to go and ask to change the towels. The bedding has been changed only twice per week. Food was very repetitive and most of the times cold. Coffee and tea just during the breakfast.

We had read many bad stories about the hotel just before the trip. We didn't except much. However we were very surprised :) The rooms were cleaned every day. Food was good, dinner was very good! The staff was friendly and helpfull. We can't complain and we had such a nice holiday!

Although my Xmas stay at this hotel was not ideal, there were a couple of things that I appreciated. the location was convenient with the beach and a shop close by. the staff were friendly and tried their best to help. Thirdly, the inclusive package was somewhat decent.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, with the hotel being close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the beach, there was a shop in the same building, and the bus stop was only 9 minutes away. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the facilities were great. We particularly enjoyed the large and well-organized swimming pool area, which had plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. The staff were amazing, always kind, smiling, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to meet all our needs.

The rooms are in need of refurbishment, with outdated furniture and occasionally dirty linen. It would have been better to book a package with meals included, as the breakfast was not great and the chef lacked imagination.
